Refund Policy for Statistical Consultation Services

This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions governing refunds for the statistical consultation service provided by SuSTATability in Australia. Please read this policy carefully to understand the circumstances under which refunds may be granted.

1. Refund Eligibility: SuSTATability will provide refunds under the following circumstances:

• Service Cancellation: If SuSTATability cancels a consultation appointment or the entire service for any reason.

• Service Non-Delivery: In cases where SuSTATability fails to provide the agreed-upon consultation service.

• Overpayment: If a client accidentally makes an overpayment, SuSTATability will issue a refund for the excess amount.

2. Refund Process:

• To request a refund, clients must contact SuSTATability in writing, providing detailed information about the reason for the refund request.

• SuSTATability will assess refund requests on a case-by-case basis and will respond within a reasonable timeframe.

• If a refund is approved, SuSTATability will process the refund within 5 business days using the original payment method and will deduct any transction fees if exist.

3. Non-Refundable Circumstances: SuSTATability does not provide refunds in the following circumstances:

• Change of Mind: Refunds will not be granted if a client changes their mind or decides they no longer require the consultation service after the consultation.

• Client Data or Information Errors: If the quality or accuracy of the consultation service is compromised due to inaccuracies or omissions in the data or information provided by the client.

• Missed Appointments: Failure to attend a scheduled consultation appointment without providing the required notice 24 hours prior to the consultation time.

• Cancellation within 24 Hours: If a client cancels a scheduled appointment within 24 hours prior to the consultation time, a cancellation fee of AU$25.00 may be imposed, as specified by SuSTATability.

4. Dispute Resolution: In the event of a dispute regarding a refund, clients and SuSTATability agree to attempt to resolve the matter amicably through negotiation or mediation.

5. Governing Law: This Refund Policy is governed by and construed in accordance with Australian law.

6. Changes to the Refund Policy: SuSTATability reserves the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Clients will be notified of any changes through email or on

SuSTATability's website.
